We pride ourselves on roof management techniques which have provided substantial savings to multi-building owner clients.

Roof Maintenance Systems was incorporated in New Jersey in 1973 as a full service roof consulting/repair firm and has grown continuously into one of the pre-eminent roof consulting firms in the world. We are centrally located in the State of New Jersey in Farmingdale in Monmouth County. Also, to better serve our clientele, Roof Maintenance Systems is a partner in an independent consortium which has 18 branches throughout the continental United States with 5 additional branches in Canada.

This expansion allows the continuity of the thinking of Roof Maintenance Systems while providing our clientele with prompt service and dramatically reduced expenses with regard to travel. This is especially true as it relates to a major owner with multi-facility projects. Based on our diversity, we know local codes and construction requirements so multi-sites can be done on a concurrent basis.

The Principal/Owner, Robert F. Martin, is recognized as an expert in the field of roof consulting and has attained the status of Registered Roof Consultant through RCI (Roof Consultants Institute), one of only 320 throughout the world. He is a founding member of this organization and a "Fellow of the Institute".

Roof Maintenance Systems has grown continuously over the past 30 years and grown in coverage area from New Jersey to the tri-state area to national and international projects. We will continue to serve the United States and overseas.
